Herbal Hacks for Holiday Health
The holiday season comes with travel, get-togethers, and . . . stress! If the countless opportunities for spreading germs were not enough, stress can wear down the immune system and intensify illness. But there’s good news! Nature provides ways to help your body “hack” the stress response, strengthen the immune system, and support the body in fighting off illness. Join me as I introduce these herbs and share creative ways of using them for supporting your health this holiday season.
This class will take place at Ritter Farm Park in Lakeville:
-
Thursday, November 14, 6:00-8:00 p.m.
Registration for this class is through Lakeville Parks and Recreation.
You are always welcome to stop by when I'm working at the medicinal herbs garden to ask questions and chat informally about what's growing there.
